When Tim Meaux opened the doors to Mo' Muscle Cars, he was a small car collector who was frustrated with the lack of top notch restoration and repair shops in the Houston area. Like many of you, he had taken cars to small, under funded shops who take his deposit, use it for other purposes, then leave his cars sitting for years before he had to pull them away only to suffer big losses and time.
